Marion Wrestling Club Joins Regional League

Marion Mighty Mites, Marion's oldest wrestling club since 1973 consisting of beginner to elite wrestlers, has joined the newly formed Russ Hellickson Central Ohio Youth Wrestling League.
Marion took 22 wrestlers to its first league meet held at Olentangy Orange High School this past Sunday and came away with 10 first, four 2nd, five 3rd, and three 4th place finishes.
1st place finishers were Mitchell Miracle, Jarrid Miracle, Donovin Natividad, Drake Cerny, Talon Moniticue, Lem Reynolds, Brycen Spaulding, Jacob Fohl, Hadyn Danals and Ashden Turrill.
Placing 2nd were Jamie Baisten, Gavin Baisten, Jadin Natividad and Landen Mabe.
Finishing 3rd were Dillon Baisten, Eric McIntyre, Mateo Natividad, Chase Simpson and Hayden Foltz.
Finishing 4th were Carter Crowe, Cavin Simpson and Logan Miracle.
The team will be in action next week, Sunday, January 15th, at Hilliard Bradley High School.
The Russ Hellickson Central Ohio Youth Wrestling League includes 20 teams from around the Columbus, Delaware and Marysville area.
